What data we collect
The enquiry form keeps only the details you enter yourself:
- your name — so that we know how to address you;
- a contact for the reply: an e-mail address or a phone number;
- the subject of the enquiry;
- the text of the message.
Along with the enquiry, service details are recorded automatically: the address of the page the form was sent from, the date and time of sending, the IP address and information about the browser. They are needed to protect the site from automated mailings and to look into a disputed situation if one arises.
Why it is needed
The data is used only to review your enquiry and reply to you. We do not send news to these addresses and do not pass them on to third parties, except in cases directly provided for by law.
Consent
By sending the form you tick consent to the processing of personal data. The date of consent and the version of this policy are stored with the enquiry, so it is clear on what terms the consent was given. Without consent the form will not be sent.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 365 days from the moment they are sent, after which they are automatically anonymised: the name, contact, message text and service details are removed. Only a note that an enquiry existed remains in anonymised form — it is needed for the records of the reception office.
How to withdraw consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, write to canselyarya@mail.ru or call 8 (725-2) 21-01-41 and quote the enquiry number — it is shown on screen after the form is sent. The enquiry will be deleted.
Cookies
No analytics are run on the pages of the site and no advertising cookies are set. The browser stores only the settings of the low-vision mode (font size, colour scheme, image display), so that they apply across all pages. Service cookies are used in the site administration panel — by the staff who run it.
