Academic mobility application

Apply online for the mobility programme funded by the republican budget and attach your documents.

How to apply

Fill in the form, attach your documents and submit. After sending you will see your application number — keep it.

  1. Fill in the form. Full name, programme, GPA, language certificate, achievements, partner country and university, e-mail.
  2. Attach documents. A copy of your language certificate, diplomas, awards, letters of thanks and other proof.
  3. Get confirmation. The site confirms that your application was received and gives you its number.
  4. Wait for the decision. Department staff review your application as part of the competition.

1. Student

As in your ID document.

Used to contact you about your application.

2. Studies

Your current average on a 0–4 scale.

3. International language certificate

PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB.

    4. Diplomas and achievements

    One achievement per line.

    PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB each, at most 10 files.

      5. Partner university

      What happens after you submit

      Application number

      Right after submitting you will see a message that your application was received, with its number. Keep it.

      Review

      Only authorised staff of the Department of Internationalisation and Recruitment can see applications.

      Data protection

      Personal data and documents are stored securely with role-based access; every access is logged.
